Implement Global Compact: The post-COVID 19 discourse on Migration should be from the developmental and rights perspective.  The pandemic crisis exposed to the international community the squalor conditions of the economic migrant esp. the most vulnerable contract workers, domestic workers, and women migrants.  This time saw a very high percentage of migrants turn out to be undocumented or irregular and become forced deportees. They are victims of human trafficking even though strict Anti-Human Trafficking and Human Right Protection Laws are prevailing in COO and CODs.  ‘Safe Orderly and regular’ migration prescribed by UN SDG 2030 goals and the subsequent migrants Magna Carta, the Global Compact on Migration ( GCM ), and relevant ILO Charters and its implementation is the panacea for a win-win condition for all the stakeholders of Migration in the migration cycles.
